Arizona VIP Plumbing LLC is a licensed CR-37 plumbing contractor in Arizona providing commercial and residential plumbing in both the private and public sectors. Our license number with the ROC is 328154.
We are a woman and veteran owned business offering an extensive range of plumbing, drainage, fire sprinklers and gas systems serving all of Arizona.

Plumbing – all aspects of construction, new installations, repairs, and maintenance both residential and commercial.
Drainage – construction, new installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Septic Tanks – construction, new installations, repairs, and maintenance. Sewer – construction, new installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Site Utilities – water line, sewer line, fire line and more.
Fire Sprinklers – construction, new installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Gas – construction, new installation, repairs, and maintenance. Natural Gas & Propane.
Trenching – we own our equipment and can lay pipe up to 12” in circumference.
Drain Camera – drain camera with recording capability.
High pressure water jetter – electric drain machine.
Solar and Heat Pump – hot water installation.
Sewer Pump Systems – construction, new installations, repairs and maintenance.
Plumbing Locator – locate plumbing, locate leaks up to 7’ underground, concrete removal and replacement.
Fire Suppression – service and new buildings.
Our Team
Shawnah Sheehy-Masche holds a BSA in Business Studies, Minor in Law and Marketing from Davenport University with over 30 years of managing mid to large scale projects. Shawnah manages our support team, service contracts, new installations, and repairs for both commercial and residential business.
William Masche served as a US Marine. Bill has been in the construction and plumbing trade for almost 30 years and has been a licensed Plumber for over 15 years and a licensed Fire Protection Systems for almost 5 years. Bill manages all commercial site utility installation for domestic water, sewer, gas and fire lines as well as commercial fire sprinkler systems.
Wes Carrico has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry from mass grading, underground utilities, ground-up building, and expansive remodels. His knowledge provides top-quality experience for customers and industry partners alike. Wes goes the extra mile to support field and administrative teams providing a seamless solution for all. In Wes’ free time, he enjoys spending time with my family, boating, and NHRA drag racing. He currently manages all our New Commercial & Residential Construction business.
