A message to all customers from Arizona VIP Plumbing
We are experiencing unprecedented times in our great nation, state, and city. We have been serving our community for nearly 20 years. We are ready to serve the needs of our customers and team members while doing our best to serve our community’s needs. Safety is one of our core values and a high priority, not just in times of need but every day.
Arizona VIP Plumbing provides an important role in the continued health and safety of our community. Accordingly, we will remain open during this time of social distancing. If you’re experiencing problems with your Plumbing, Sewer, Septic, Irrigation Systems, Water Heaters, or Fire Sprinklers you can count on us to make the appropriate fix or recommendation. We want to share our plan to address concerns and answer questions.
If you need service, please call our service line at 928-302-2459. Alternatively, you can text us at 928-275-1319 for assistance, which we will respond during standard hours of 7 am to 4 pm. We have local staff handling the phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that you are always speaking to a local person that cares. If we do not answer, this means we are on another call, but please leave a message, and we will return it promptly in the order it was received.
Many of our office staff are working from home, and they may return your calls from a line that you may not recognize. Please don’t be alarmed by this as we have three customer service representatives. You can contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at 928-302-2459. We are following the cleaning protocols recommended by the CDC, state, and local agencies. Any of our team members showing any signs of sickness, fever, or who have been exposed will be asked to remain at home.
Service Call Precautions
Don’t worry. We are not charging a higher rate during this time of need. We are keeping pricing the same. We are running service calls to homes and businesses during this time. We want to be available in case of any emergencies making sure we keep our customers safe and comfortable in their homes. We also need to take precautions to protect our team members and make sure they stay healthy as well.
We have some team members who do not want to be exposed, and we respect the wishes of our team members. We do have team members who are willing to work in a high-risk environment if the need arises.
In some cases, we will be able to troubleshoot from outside, in a garage with little to no face to face contact. We are following protocols to maintain a safe work environment by wearing gloves, masks, safety glasses, and fresh boot covers. We are disinfecting work areas in the home and our trucks after each call.
Maintenance Calls
We will continue to run maintenance calls during this time. If you are scheduled, we plan to come, but you are welcome to cancel and reschedule for a later date. We will contact you before coming to go over any precautions we may need to discuss. Some of this maintenance can be deferred for a short time, but System Maintenance is very important and should not be put off for too long or ignored altogether.
Measures we are taking for our team
Some of our team members are working remotely from their home, which may cause our internal communications to be slower and less efficient than you are used to when communicating with us. We ask that you, please be patient with our team as we do our best to take care of you.
Our technicians already work in isolation for most of the day and are not exposed to large groups during the workday. We have already limited face to face interaction between our office team members and field team members.

We plan to do this as long as it is necessary or make changes in accordance with State, City, or CDC recommendations. We greatly appreciate our customers and team members. We understand the value of trying to reduce the spread of this virus so that our healthcare system is not overwhelmed.
