New Construction Plumber Lake Havasu City

We are growing and are immediately hiring new construction for both residential and commercial plumbers. Candidates must possess the following:

Responsibilities

Install plumbing per code on assigned jobs.
Follow direction from project manager and superintendent on job site and actively participate in training and development of team members.
Follow Arizona VIP Plumbing’s Quality Standards.
Follow Arizona VIP Plumbing’s Best Practices.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Demonstrate skill with various types of power and hand tools.

Job Qualifications:

Working conditions: Will be exposed to changing weather conditions, for instance, rain, wind, cold, and heat.
Must be comfortable working in the following environments: outdoor weather conditions, very loud, wet, extreme hot or humid conditions.
5 years of experience necessary.

Demonstrate solid work ethic.
Consistent attendance and arriving at required start times.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Read and understand blueprints,
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize these tasks accordingly.
Candidate must put in entire new underground plumbing, create a material list and pass local inspection.

End time varies depending on the completion of the project. Standard work week; Monday through Friday. Some mandatory Saturday workdays.
Periodic overtime and occasional meetings may occur outside of project completion.
